Anchor House was honored to be a recipient of a Community Award from the Ivy League Educational Foundation and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Epsilon Upsilon Omega Chapter. The award was presented at their 44th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Breakfast on February 1.
Our agency is always humbled and honored (and of course, thankful) when receiving awards like this recognizing our work in the community. Anchor House Board President Kristie Sells accepted the award on behalf of our agency. Isles, one of our community partners, was also a recipient of this award.
