At Anchor House, we believe that no matter the situation, there is always help and hope.  This month is a great reminder to focus on the importance of mental health and its impact on our well-being. Mental health is as vital as physical health.

As our world constantly changes it can be overwhelming to deal with everything going on. Nearly 1 in 5 adults have a diagnosable mental health condition. A recent report shows that 69% of youth experiencing homelessness reported having mental health challenges.
