
The School Outreach program provides counseling, advocacy and referrals for youth ages 12 to 17 in hopes of keeping youth in school and heightening their achievement.
Individual, group and family counseling are available to the youth and families in their school during school hours or at Anchor House shelter to accommodate a family’s schedule.
Issues that School Outreach addresses:
- Truancy
- Poor school performance
- Bullying
- Conflict resolution
- Self-esteem
- Runaway prevention
- Crisis
