These are the traits that non-profit workers exemplify every day. When a role needs filling, everyone knows they’ve got to pitch in – not to make money, or to sell a product, but to help someone in need.
To acknowledge their work, on October 8th the leadership of Anchor House, TASK, Younity, the Rescue Mission of Trenton, and Homefront all came together to put on an amazing Staff Appreciation picnic to celebrate their staff. Bank of America sent a team of volunteers so everyone present could sit back, relax, and enjoy the amazing weather and activities!
With cornhole, an art station, tug of war, and some live-band karaoke, everyone had a blast before filling up on delicious food. The day finished off with some cool Rita’s Ice and a raffle, with lucky winners getting prizes like gift cards, free tickets to the Grounds for Sculpture, and more!
